What you state you are doing is the correct method. So we are a bit confused as to why it is not working for you. We just did it ourselves to ensure that the data went back that far, and we do have data to November 8, 2010. When you change the date in the Date Range in File From to 2007-01-1, and then select OK to close that window, do you get a message that states "Do you want to redownload intraday data for the symbol to try and get more data...". When you get this message, then be sure you select the Yes on that window. Then the system should give you a blue message that states "Downloading Historical Data. Bars may not appear until done". It can take a few minutes to download all the data. After which you should get your bars showing. Please verify that you get these messages and that each of these items show up and then let us know what happened.
