If we are understanding this correctly, you are using a Study/Price Overlay with a Color Bar Based on Alert Condition study and taking the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition from a 1 second chart to a 1 minute chart. If the above is correct, then the main thing you want to ensure you do is that the option for Bar Time Matching Method in the Study/Price Overlay should be set to Containing Match. But, be aware that the 1 minute chart is only going to show the status from the most recent bar, or for previous bars it will only show the status from the 59th second.
