I am receiving the above error message after the historical data download is attempted. This occurred after I upgraded to the current version of Sierra Chart, although I am having the same issue when I install the previous version now. The message log reads: No download requests in queue to start downloads for. Real time data is streaming fine and my charts are updating. None of my data/trade services settings have been altered unless I botched something unknowingly while working thorough this. The exchange symbols are correct. I am trading for a prop firm using Rithmic, and they have assured me historical data is not being limited. Thanks in advance for your help. |
