As I understand it, with my subscription to the SC Real Time and Historical Data Feed and with CME activated I should receive price and market depth data etc whilst using the CQG Feed for trading.
Yes. And most everything now looks good in the Message Log. Except you do not seem to be using the correct symbol for heating oil. You are using the one for ICE. You should be using: F.US.HOE if you want to trade heating oil on the NYMEX.
