The problem is related to the following message: HTTPS connection ID:15 to download3.sierrachart.com:443 for request ID:15 (14) | Socket receive error. Windows error code 10054: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
We do not know why you are getting these errors, but reboot your computer before doing the update and make sure Sierra Chart is not running when you do the update. If you have issues after this, please send us the log again and we will take a look.
