Rithmic? Is the main instance of Sierra Chart set to Rithmic? It is not. You probably have a port number conflict. The sub instance is not connecting to Rithmic. It is connecting to an instance you have installed, that is connected to the Sierra Chart Trading Evaluator. Port numbers are controlled through Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> DTC Protocol Server. When you change port numbers you have to exit the sub instances and start them again.
