Hi John, I have run into the same issue again on a chart I had fixed before. I have levels coming from a year or two ago but now I can't go back any further that March 28 of this year. So I went back to this post and checked the 1 tick data is marked. Now there shows only 186 days just below that. Do I change that higher, say365? I am afraid to just try as I don't want to blow up my precious charts. I don't get why it was working and now it's not. *note - this is a brand new computer and Dell had to come out and replace the hard drive. Would that have affected it? I obviously downloaded all my chartbooks before Dell came. Thanks for you time. I hope it's just that I increase that number up. Karen |
