Since you are using the Sierra Chart Real-time Exchange Data Feed, you do not need to use the CQG data feed. Therefore, remove the Username and Password from Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Market Data Connection Details. After this connect again with File >> Connect to Data Feed.
