It means that the Market Depth will not be available if you select the option without Market Depth. The Market Depth shows the waiting Limit orders on the DOM. Cumulative Delta, Order Flow/Footprints/Numbers Bars, will work fine without the Market Depth, as these items are calculated from the actual trades that have taken place, not from the Market Depth information.
