You can check the Trade >> Trade Service Log, but we doubt any information is in there since you state that you had exited Sierra Chart. The other place to look is on your Trade >> Trade Activity Log and look at the orders for your Stop and see if it states why it may not have been placed. But, in the end, the fastest way will be to ask your broker what occurred with the Stop order and why it was not sitting on the exchange as you expected it to be.
