We need a way to duplicate this problem. If this is really true, this would be an issue on our side. But we cannot duplicate it. In addition, 1) the Trade Windows do not stay open between chartbook opens/closes and 2)
the header on the Time and Sales window always comes back and has to be toggled off. We do not observe this. The title bar will become hidden within a second or two after the Time and Sales window is created.Other than the issue with the Trade Window, you are experiencing operating system-level problems. And we have little interest in spending time on this because really we cannot do anything about these issues because we cannot duplicate them or they are out of our control. We recommend not using Windows 8 and minimizing the number of monitors on each system to two monitors and instead just use multiple computer systems.
