Hi JanJan 1398, we can solve your Data issue with the use of Denali Data (rather than CQG Data), I see that you used the CME Market Depth Bundle Data via Denali in August, we recommend using that set-up again. To progress there please activate the CME Group Exchanges that you want Real-time Data for, you can do that via #3 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliCME You might wait to activate real-time data until the 1st of October (tomorrow), so you are not paying an exchange fee for just 1 day of Data.
