If you are asking how to create a situation where certain numbers less than a particular value are not displayed, then you would need to use one of the Text Coloring options that is based on an actual value, such as Based on Volume - Actual. Then set the Range 0 Up/Down Color to be the same as the background color. Then make sure your Actual Color Thresholds are set such that the second number is the value above which you want the text to display. For example (0, 200, 400) would only display values greater than 200, since the color of anything less than 200 is the same as the background.
