It is impossible for us to analyze this from the screenshot. There are just too many variables involved, and we have no idea how you have gotten to that order and position configuration. Scale In and Scale Out work properly and in a very definite manner: Attached Orders: Scaling In Attached Orders: Scaling Out Review the instructions again and see where there may be a problem. Do testing only in Trade Simulation mode: Trade Simulation Do not use Rithmic. And see if you can reproduce the problem. If you cannot reproduce it in Simulation Mode there may be a problem with how the external trading service is handling the orders. Also make sure you have set these options on the correct Trade Window.
