There are a number of possible reasons for that "Delayed" message. The most common is that your computer clock does not match exactly to the data server, therefore it would appear the data is delayed, but it is just a difference in the times. The best way to know for sure is to modify the Chart Header (Global Settings >> Customize Chart Header - Standard) and add the option for Data Delay to be displayed. This will then show a DD: in the header line with the amount of the delay.
