That is what needs to be figured out. If a key got stuck, then it is possible that multiple orders got sent. On the Trade Activity Log on the Trade Activity Tab, you will want to show All Activity. Then look at the Orders that are occurring just before a Fill. In the OrderActionSource field you will see what the source of the order is. This is what you need to find.
