Hello, wonder if you could assist - I am evaluating the sierra chart software as a future trading platform for myself. The 14 day trial has expired, being a first time user of sierra charts I did find it quite demanding with the setup to my user preferences, currently I am not at the point to which I am compformatble with the software and hence further evaluation is required. I requested delayed data to continue my evaluation, and have referenced all the support forms and guidance listed on the website (Delayed Exchange Data Feed / https://www.sierrachart.com/SupportBoard.php?do=Search&Query=delayed+data&Submit_Search=Search) The delayed data agreement has been signed and accepted (as per attachment). Following all the guidance provided, I am unable to receive delayed data and all services indicate (not available on package). Apprecaite the assistance with delayed data activation.
