Hi User115740, we are not the Vendor of Record (VOR) for the CME Group Real-time Futures Feeds, when we have asked NirvanaTS (VOR) about this distinction of " Professional Non-Commercial user" they have declined to work around it. They want things to be simpler. If Interactive Brokers is able to help you with Professional / Non-Professional Real-time Data Exchange Fees, and that help is worth more to you than the cost of the Professional Real-time Data Exchange Fees at Sierra Chart then we respect that decision.
