We need some additional information in order to be able to help you. In particular, if you have gone through the setup instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to IB, then what error are you now receiving? What does it state? Offhand, it looks like you have made a good connection to IB. Therefore, if you are having an issue, we do not think it is related to this.
