You need to be on the November contract. The rules for the contracts for CL from the CME Group is the following: "Trading terminates 3 business day before the 25th calendar day of the month prior to the contract month. If the 25th calendar day is not a business day, trading terminates 4 business days before the 25th calendar day of the month prior to the contract month."
