Hi, John, I wanted to give you a bit of time to respond to my support message and your request of about a week ago, and I replied with the chartbook you requested. I also manually copied my relative volume settings from the expiring ESU22 contract over to the new ESZ22 contract but still no luck. Do you feel you'll have a chance to reply to my issue? Relative volume and TPO are the reasons I signed up for Sierra, and I'm really hoping to have this resolved by tomorrow so I can be all set for the volatility that's likely when they announce the FOMC decision.
