1. By default, the Sheet# corresponds directly to the Chart#. If you duplicate a chart, and it has a spreadsheet study on it, it will add a corresponding Sheet#. If the Chart# no longer exists, or the spreadsheet study on that chart is Removed, you can delete the spreadsheet Sheet: Spreadsheet >> Delete Sheet 2. Not sure what you mean by the 'left side of the spreadsheet'. If you are referring to the Formula Columns, which still have formulas, they might be referencing columns of studies that are no longer there.
