Hi - I'm having issues with MESU22 whereby there are no real time candle sticks, market profile data or time and sales for the US open on the 16/09/2022. I have not had an issue prior to this and it was working during the pre-market and have paid my monthly fees so I'm really not sure what the issue is. I'm connected to the data feed but I'm not receiving data (order flow) and am in an OPEN trade. I'll try disconnecting and reconnecting the data feed tomorrow (during pre-market) but any assistance would be very much appreciated as soon as possible. I've also logged out of the SC and back into the chart and nothing is showing. I'm confused because I have not changed any settings or anything like that and have recently paid my monthly chart fees and Denali fees. If I add a stop loss order to the market on the 19/09/2022 will that be active?? Thank you Dean |
