That is correct, you now need to be on one of the Integrated Packages (Packages 10, 11, and 12) in order to be able to connect to CQG. We have set your account to evaluate Package 12 for the next 60 days, so you do not need to make a change to your package at this time, but you will need to before the 60 days ends.

Also, since you are getting your data from CQG, we stopped support for CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX with release 2394. Therefore you would need to be running version 2393 or lower to continue to get CQG data. Refer to the information at the following link for how to downgrade your software, if necessary:
