You state the following:
"Current Selected Service" is reset to "SC Data-All Services".

Since your service is set to SC Data - All Services, you will not get your live trading account balance, as you are not connected to your live trading account. This is also true for the Trading Evaluator service we offer.

If you want to be connected to the Trading Evaluator, then follow the instructions at the following link, noting step #3 in particular:
