Go to that Continuous Futures Contract chart and re-download the data for the last two or three contract months. Follow these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". Be sure to select at least two or three contract months in the list.

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
