All paid up and downloaded the latest version... still no data! Connected to broker and confirmed via "Rithmic Direct" for order-only data but still not getting Sierra Chart historical data. Control Panel says all paid up just as before. See attached "Historical Download error Logon Denied".
I initially directed this request to account support but got a message saying to post it to the support board. Plz advise... thank you very much!
