You still have not completed the necessary steps to get the data from us. You have completed the agreements for the NASDAQ TotalView data, but you have not activated the exchange. You can activate the exchange here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedNASDAQ#Exchanges And you have not properly completed the CME Group data agreements or activated the exchange(s) (you need to have the agreements done first). Now that you have your Interactive Brokers account, you nee to enter that information in the agreements for your FCM. You can fill out the agreements at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements Let us know when this is done so we can process the agreements and let you know when you can activate the exchange(s) you want for the CME Group.
