Make sure the TWS software is running on the same computer that you have Sierra Chart installed on. If it is running, then you should be able to go through the Setup Instructions at the following link and make your connection: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions We do see that your "Verified Until" date is September 17, 2022, so it looks like you made a connection to the IB software somehow.
