The first thing is to get your system connected to your TransAct account. Keep in mind that with version 2354 and higher we no longer support connections to TransAct. Therefore, you would need to be on version 2353 or lower. To downgrade your software, follow these instructions:

Once you have version 2353 (or lower) installed, then you can connect your Sierra Chart to your TransAct account by selecting TransAct WS for the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service setting. Select the A button next to the entry and then fill out the rest of the fields as necessary on that page.

Once that is complete, then you can get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the Setup Instructions for the CME Group data at the following link:

You are currently on Package 10, which is one of our "Integrated" packages, that allows you to connect to external services and get the Denali data, so this is fine.
