This is not a question for Sierra Chart. You need to find out why you are having this problem. We have no idea. This is not a Sierra Chart issue. This is an operating system problem. You need to figure out why you are having this issue. We know on a Windows computer when using Remote Desktop Connection, Sierra Chart will continue to run even when disconnected from that desktop with Remote Desktop Connection.
