You need to look at each step and figure out which study is not doing its job correctly. It could just be a scaling issue, in that one of the studies is not set to an Automatic scaling, but you have to go through and look at the output at each step an ensure that it is correct. Then move to the next study and see if it is giving the wrong output and then figure out why.
