Having moved the data folder should not have any impact on whether the automated strategies would be sending to the trade service or not.

If you are getting the visual notifications, then the study is working. So it's not a matter of the study being in the wrong place and not being able to be accessed.

What automated strategies are you using? Is this a custom study, or one of the Sierra Chart studies (including the Spreadsheet System for Trading)?
