Hello, i have a problem downloading bid ask volume, my footprint has zero's everywhere unless i keep the platform on at all times, this has happened to me once and i didnt find a solution and suddenly out of nowhere the problem was fixed but its happening again what should I do ? is my package 11 wrong ? is it cqg ? i can't find a solution after searching for hours and hours i really cannot find so i ask you... thank you very much |
