When you are taking the data from a higher timeframe to a lower one (in this case a 40-36-96 inv renko to a 20-12-48 inv renko). Then you will end up with the stair step like you are seeing in your case. This is because the higher timeframe data is the same across the bars in the lower timeframe that make up the time in the higher timeframe. In other words, we do not see any issues.
