Regarding coloring the labels, the color is defined by the color of the Subgraph color. If "Reverse Colors" is not selected, then the text is black. If you "Reverse Colors" then the color of the text is the color of the subgraph. Regarding the Overnight Levels, you would want to use the High/Low for Time Period - Extended study.
