It will not have anything to do with the stock split. After all, you are getting the data on one instance, so you should be getting it on the other instance. Is this second instance a Sub-Instance (started with File >> New Instance) or is it a completely separate installation of Sierra Chart? If a completely separate installation, is it on the same computer as the first instance, or on a different computer?
