There is nothing in the log showing any issues. Therefore, the note you received must have been trading specific. Check your Trade >> Trade Service Log and see if there is any information in there about what happened when you tried to place a trade. That log is not kept when you exit from Sierra Chart, so you may need to retry sending an order to see if you can reproduce the issue and then see if there is anything in the Trade Service Log.
