The Denali data is irrelevant when it comes to connecting to CQG. Fwiw, I'm getting a bit suspicious of you guys unfortunately. As a matter of policy under no circumstances would we ever do this: AMP just said click file > data trade service settings > the appropriate selection. See, I just wrote it out for anybody that easy without needing to direct them to a few pages in an engineering text.

It is nothing of the sort. We must direct you to the formal documentation with screenshots. It is comprehensive, has screenshots, and has detailed information about error messages. We are never going to accept the criticism that you are giving here. It would be a massive fault on our part if we were to restate documentation and do it incompletely.
