This is partially correct. package 5 I purchased will come back and the balance of my account will still be $ 178 (which I have already paid for package 5). What actually happens is that you continue to pay at Service Package 5 during those 60 days but you do have access to Service Package 12.We went ahead and implemented free access to package 12 for 60 days.
