US stocks don't trade over the weekend for the vast majority of brokers. As you mention think or swim do this but it's only with other tos clients via their own software, same with IG. I'm not sure of the specific mechanics but this data is unlikely to ever be available outside of the broker platform until the exchanges / other brokers come online on Mondays, as the transactions are internal to them only.
