There is nothing we can do. It is up to you to change the setup for your system. You are not connected to CQG. Just follow through the instructions at the following link to setup your system to connect to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions After you have gotten the connection to CQG working, then open your chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
