With regards to the Percentage. It looks like you changed the Value Format to display as Percent for the study that is displaying that information. As such, it is assume that you want to multiply the value by 100 and then display with a % sign. That is why you are seeing what you are. If the values are already in percent and you want to add a % sign, then you would need to add that as a Suffix to the study. There is not a built-in way to change the colors of studies that are drawing custom text like that.
