We do not have enough information to understand what is going on. Please give us more information on exactly what you are comparing and make sure the time frames for the comparisons are the same. Since we can not see the date/time at the bottom we are not sure what is being compared. Also, you have a filter of 3500 on the TPO, so nothing less than that will be displayed, but you are looking at a value of 729 on the Numbers Bars, so this confuses us even more.
