Barchart was able to confirm that the symbols I listed were being populated appropriately in their system. They bounced me back to SC for any additional information. I don't know if a message log dump helps at all, but here it is for when I try to download any of those symbols. I have my data/trade settings set to Support SC data feeds so I wouldn't expect this. If those symbols are no longer supported for whatever reason, it would be helpful if they're removed from the supported symbols page for the SC Historic Data Feed (https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChart_RealTime_And_Historical_Symbols.php&SymbolsPage=Indices).
