You do not have Sierra Chart installed in the correct location: Failed to open file c:\Users\alpha\desktop\DownloadedInstallion... You have Sierra Chart installed directly to your desktop. This is definitely wrong! Install Sierra Chart again, and install it to the default location of C:\SierraChart. Do not change that location unless you know what you are doing.
