First of all, you have not activated the exchanges for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, so you are not setup to get any Real-Time data. But, you should be getting the Delayed Streaming Data, which would explain why you are not getting any Market Depth data for the U.S. Equities, as the exchange rules do not allow us to send out the Market Depth data for the delayed data. You should, however, be able to see market depth data and MBO data for the CME Group data.
