You have selected a Non-Professional exchange for the CME Group. But in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software. Refer to the following for more information: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Therefore, to get the real-time data, you need to connect to that live, funded, futures trading account. According to your Exchange Agreements you have an account with AMP. If you still have this account, then you will need to connect to it at least once a month in order to validate the CME Group rule for Non-Professionals.
