1. Due to exchange rules, we had to stop sending the Market Depth with Delayed NASDAQ TotalView data. Refer to the information at item #3 here:

2. It sounds like you have the option for Trade >> Trading Locked enabled. Check and make sure this is not enabled. Refer to the following:
Trade Menu: Trading Locked (Trade menu)

3a. We are not fully understanding this. Is this a trade with Interactive Brokers? If this is an IB issue, then look through the items at the following link:

3b. If that message is occurring with Interactive Brokers then you will need to ask them about it.
