The reason you are having the issue is because with version 2394 and higher we no longer allow CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Refer to the information here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2394 Therefore, you have two options at this point: 1. Downgrade Sierra Chart to version 2393 and continue to use the CQG data. Refer to the instructions at the following link: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure OR 2. Stay at the current version and use the Denali Exchange Data Feed instead for your data. The cost will be the same and you will have historical data available.
